Offline Payment Options!
The orange "CHECKOUT" button is for customers who wish to pay offline. We offer the following offline payment methods:
A) Cash or B) Credit Card supporting Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB and Carnet. A transaction fee of 4% applies to these credit card payments. Cash and credit card payments will be collected/charged in person upon delivery of your grocery order. C) Bank Wire Transfers need to be submitted as soon as the online order has been placed and funds need to be received prior to your delivery date. Detailed instructions will be provided via email after the placement of your order. If you have any questions please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We accept cancellations up to 48 hours prior to your delivery date. Cancellations must be made by email to email@example.com by the person who placed the order. A refund minus 20% will be issued within 7 business days. No refunds will be issued to cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to delivery date.
If a requested item is not available, we will automatically substitute it with one similar or of higher quality. If you do not wish to receive substitutions, please add a message by clicking on “Add a note” on this page and we will remove all non-available items off of your grocery list and refund you for those items.
