When can I submit my grocery order?
We recommend that you place your order as far in advance as possible and up to 72 hours before your delivery time. Orders submitted 24 hours or less prior to the delivery time will have a delivery charge of “same day delivery”.
Does Vacation Store Los Cabos deliver to resorts, timeshares, private villas and condos?
We deliver to all of the above. However, there are some properties that do not grant access to outside vendors. If you are staying at one of these properties, you may have to meet us at the front gate to pick up your order.
What time will my groceries be delivered?
We will deliver your groceries between 10am to 9pm. Please understand that at most properties, general check in time is at 3pm and there is a chance that we may not be allowed by your property to deliver and stock your gro- ceries before that time. But we will try our very best to deliver everything before your arrival. If you are staying at a private villa or condo, you will need to provide us the contact information of the representative of whom you are renting your villa or condo from to coordinate with them your grocery delivery prior to your arrival.
Can orders be made the same day?
Yes! If you are ordering for the same day delivery, your order must be submitted by 8am to be delivered by 7pm the same day. There will be an additional surcharge of $15.00 USD added to your total. You will be notified if we cannot meet the 7pm delivery time.
After I submit my order, can I add additional items to my grocery list?
For any additional items not included on your first order, you will need to submit a brand new order. Additional items need to be submitted no later than 48 hours prior to your grocery delivery date.
Can I change my order after it has been submitted?
Yes you may! Please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the changes. We will accept changes up to 48 hours prior to your delivery date.
May I request items not shown on your website?
Yes you may! Please add a note by clicking on “Add a note” on the “My Cart” page or fill out the “Special Request?” field of the form on the order confirmation page. Alternatively you can send us an email to email@example.com with the name of the items. If we find them, we will quote you a price! We will do our very best to fulfill your request.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, we accept cancellations up to 48 hours prior to your delivery date. Cancellations must be made by email to firstname.lastname@example.org by the person who placed the order. A refund minus 20% will be issued within 7 business days. No refunds will be issued to cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to delivery date.
What if an item in my delivery is damaged or missing?
All items are carefully picked and inspected during pick up and again when they are delivered. Upon delivery to your property, all items are then checked off one by one on your printed grocery list that will be left on your kitchen counter for you.
If you are missing an item or an item is damaged beyond use, the person who placed the order must email us within 5 hours of delivery drop off to email@example.com and we will replace the missing or damaged item.
What if an item that I have ordered is not available?
If a requested item is not available, we will automatically substitute it with one similar or of higher quality. If you do not wish to receive substitutions, please add a note by clicking on “Add a note” on the “My Cart” page or fill out the “Special Request?” field of the form on the order confirmation page. Alternatively you can send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know. We will remove all non-available items off of your grocery list and refund you for those items.
What methods of payment do you accept?
"Online Payments" - We accept PayPal which supports most credit/debit cards. It may require an easy one step registration at checkout. No extra charge.
"Offline Payments" - We offer the following offline payment methods for which you will receive detailed instructions via email after the placement of your order: A) Cash or B) Credit Card supporting Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB and Carnet. A transaction fee of 4% applies to these credit card payments. Cash and credit card payments will be collected/charged in person upon delivery of your grocery order. C) Bank Wire Transfers need to be submitted as soon as the online order has been placed and funds need to be received prior to your delivery date.
Do you only deliver to vacationers?
No, our delivery service is available to anyone who wishes to shop online.
Are you a grocery store?
No, we are not! We are only a delivery service.

We deliver 7 days per week from 10am to 9pm. For your convenience, we operate 365 days per year, which means that we will deliver all major holidays!
